Principle 14: Believe it’s always Day 1
- Day 1 is a mindset of an employee or the business owner, it is not a date or strategies list.
- It acts as an anchor for the employees to remember their beginning values and motto.
- A fresher defenitly have the enthusiasm, energy and dedication at their first day.
- Tell me that is that same employee will have that kind of energy nature and decision making ability after few months?
- May be or may not. My friends This slogan (Believe it’s always Day 1) is designed to keep everyone in the company focused on doing what is right in each situation.
High Velocity Decision Making
- Day 1 is the culture emphasises speed over perfection when making decisions.
- It enhance the ability and willingness to take another decision when the previous plan doesn’t go according to your guess/plan.
- In simply words “A fresher will take the decisions very fast as per guidelines because he/she have the high potential energy which always strive to be learn and make good position”.
- So always behave like it’s your first day in your office or workplace. It will boost your energy and concentration levels.
Principle 9: Accelerate Time with Technology
- Adapting technologies new features into your daily work helps you to stay a head above level in your team.
- Be hungry to learn new technologies which are related to your workforce.
How amazon always accelerate time with technology
- Amazon always thinks out of the box. Their services like Kindle, Alexa grasped the attention of tech gaints. Jeff Bezos said that
- We launched the Amazon Kindle in 2007; Barnes and Noble Launched the NOOK after 2 years, i.e., in 2009.
- We launched Amazon Echo in 2014; Google launched ‘google Home” after 2 years, i.e., in 2016.
Tips to Job seekers
- In previous years News Paper classifieds are the only source to know the Vacancies in companies. But now in digital era LinkedIn, Naukri and so many online platforms enhancing the job opportunities.
- Try to use extensions which rank your LinkedIn Profile score.
- If you are a fresher create Resumes by using Resume Builder platforms. Don’t depends on your own knowledge.
