Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily shift operations, including administrative tasks for associates.
- Assign task to associates and provide guidance on productivity, quality and safety.
- Monitor Work progress.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Take charge of maintaining and improving shift quality, implementing action plans as needed.
- Develop and execute training plans to enhance the skills of associates.
- Perform daily audits (4M and 5S) for workstations to ensure efficiency and organisation.
- Act as a substitute for the Area Manager when required.
