Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling customer and merchant calls.
• Handling calls related to queries, surveys, and feedback.
• Handling enquiries and service calls.
• Have to resolve customer queries over e-mails and calls.
• Have to solve the quires or the problems of the customers. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Voice/semi-voice/ Non-voice process experience is considered. 
• Candidate should be willing to work from the office. 
• Good typing skills (25 – 30 WPM).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
