Fyle is a SaaS product startup based out of Bangalore are founded by startup veterans. We are building a first-of-its-kind expense management product for enterprises around the world. This company hiring since 2017.

Internship Details:

Responsibilities:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Manage customer queries on our support platforms (tickets and chats).
• Respond and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.
• Work with team members and others departments to close customer queries on time.
• Manage customer feedback sourced via tickets, chats, NPS, or other channels.
• Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments.
• Keep up to date with the latest product features and ensure we share the right details with our customers.
• Contribute and enrich our self-help repository – write product help articles; create self-help videos; enrich user guides & FAQ, roll out onboarding packs, etc.,

Work Timings:

• Willing to work the night shift (US hours).
• 5 days a week.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year maximum experience in a customer-facing role.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Excel
• Client Relationship
• Business Analysis
