Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Executive tasks assigned to you on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and predefined guidelines.
2. Perform data collection tasks related to an Amazon device, application, or service.
3. Participate in process improvement to increase the quality, efficiency and accuracy of your team’s processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Practical knowledge of data processing needs and trade-offs.
2. Proven record of delivery of performance metrics in an operations environment.
3. Experience with root cause analysis.
4. Experience working in virtual environments.
5. Experience driving process improvement initiatives and/or lean/6 sigma training.

Important Note:

1. This is a permanent work from home role.
2. Its mandate to be based out of Hyderabad in order to onboard you for this VCC (Virtual Contact Center) role.
3. Its mandatory for you to have an internet connection with LAN with a running speed of 40 MBPS.
4. Its mandatory to have workspace in a secure location away from windows and visibility to others for work from home role.
