Dr.Nikita Lalwani was a Dentist, blogger, and Coffee Enthusiastic. She started writing at the age of sixteen.  Her last book 2 peg kebaad won great appreciation by its readers and critiques.

Story 1 – My Story of Stain

Main Charecters :

Naisha was a 22 Years old Punjabi girl, and she married to Elton, after four years of knowing each other. But suddenly A tragedy has happened in her life, and two people Daisy and Sahana came into her life and it turns into an unexpected situation and irrelevant to the society.

Story 2 – My Story of PM Sing

In this Story a 28 years Old girl Henna was the Main Character.

Main Charecters :

Henna was working as a ghostwriter (those who are writing for someone else) under the Vainateya, who was a creative head, with a team of three other ghost-writers beneath him. While reading the story you will know what happened to henna with some persons like Sahil Mansukhani ( Creative head, who have an immense following in girls for his fitness level ) and Dhruv ( one of a person who dated with Henna).

Story 3 – My Story of Making Love

Main Character’s :                       

Aashima, 38 years old women and also a very good artist and her artwork got a very good appreciation from customers.

She started designing doodles since she was twelve. She regularly chitchats with Mrs.Jena.

Aashima was filled with an unknown emptiness in her life. Two persons Sarah (without knowing his knowledge) and Ankan enter in her personal life and you will get what happened at the end of the story.

This story reflects the situation of every woman phasing in their married life and no one considers that as a problem.

Story 4 – My Story of Belief

Main Character’s :

 Meera, a girl who loved by her Husband (Samar) so much and they blessed with a cute girl Suhaani.

 Meera met Samar through a Mutual Friend Avi (who have a Secret Crush on Meera). 

Meera was shocked after knowing about an unknown addiction of her husband. After that, she met a person (Bala) unexpectedly for 3 times in different conditions.

And you will know how she supported and loved her husband.

By reading this story you will realise how much foolishness rooted among the so many people in modern society about the periods.

Story 5 – My story Of Pain

Main Character’s:

Haifa Shaik a Muslim girl who has so many dreams and also taking care of her brother (Adnan) who poor at academics.

She wants to become a Pole Dancer and let assume how complicated it is in a Family who follows their religious activities very faithfully. We will know how she went through multiple phases to achieve her dream.

My Opinion :

(2-day-down-5-stories-1-ending-freedom book review).

Finally, 2-day-down is a compilation of stories of 5 women from different walks of life.  Each story digs into one of the five period related problems; pain, Staining, Sexual Inhibition, PMS, Taboo, through each one’s journey.  

The Stories Are a reflection of the less acknowledged society around us.  The book is an attempt to bring light to the intriguing yet briefly understood aspects of womanhood in different age groups.

I really like the English, used in this book, it is not complicated when compared to other books which I read and I suggested you read this book.
